About You

You are a fearless sales leader with at least 5 years of experience in B2B SAAS or consultative sales looking to take the next step in your career.  

You have a passion for media and advertising, finding prospects and closing deals. Your confidence to work closely with senior leaders at the world’s major advertisers will help you develop strong commercial relationships with clients and prospects.

The Role

We’re looking for a talented Sales Director / Head of Growth, with a strong background in B2B sales who wants to play a key role in helping to shape the company's sales strategy, lead new business prospecting in the US and enable the scaling up of the company. 

  • You’ll be responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. 
  • You’ll work to execute against these to achieve our financial growth targets and business objectives. 
  • You'll build strong relationships with our clients and prospects.
  • You’ll convert opportunities by demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs. 

You will be required to actively engage in prospecting and leverage your networks to convert these into potential new sales.

This is a new role for us, and presents the right person with the opportunity to work with the world’s leading advertisers, applying their knowledge in new and innovative ways.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and executing a robust sales strategy and process to deliver revenue.

  • Managing US client prospecting and opportunities.
  • Managing the new lead capture process, qualifying and prioritizing opportunities in the US.
  • Cultivating strong networks of industry contacts, past clients, and intermediaries to drive new business leads.

  • Representing the company as the first point of contact for prospective clients; understanding their needs and objectives.

  • Providing market insights, competitor analysis, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities to drive new business.
  • Creating compelling sales collateral, and proposals and responding to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Procurement (RFP).

  • Be the face of the company for prospective clients, at key industry events, seminars and networking functions. 
  • Utilizing our sales technology (HubSpot) to ensure real-time reporting and feedback to Leadership against KPIs and efficiency of the sales process.

  • Reviewing sales results and objectives to identify areas for improvement.

 

Your Key Attributes

  • At least 5+ years demonstrable experience with delivering net new sales to targets.

  • Demonstrable consultative sales skills, preferably in a complex and competitive market.

  • Track record of developing and executing a robust sales strategy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, educate and collaborate effectively.

  • Knowledge of relevant industry (media, advertising, management consulting, etc.) trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the field of sales.

  • Commitment to ethical business practices and corporate governance.

  • Experience using CRM systems, HubSpot is desirable to streamline processes and achieve results at scale.

Before You Apply

  • This is a remote role and you'll be supported to work remotely anywhere within US time zones, preferably +/- 2 hours to ET.

  • You must have the right to work in the US. This position is not available under sponsorship.

  • This role is full-time (typically 9:00am-5:00pm / 35 hours per week) and offers a full employment contract. We are open to discussing any flexibility you need in the days and hours you work.
