Over the years, we have been intentional to offer initiatives and options that actively support the wellbeing of our team. We offer a monthly wellness fund that sits outside the salary to support wellbeing activities and working from home. We conduct monthly pulse surveys as an avenue to listen to our staff and respond to their feedback. We offer flexible remote working so people can organize their workload and priorities around their lives. We have generous holiday allowances including two collective breaks a year for #JOMO and Christmas. And we have an active DEI task force that is very passionate about the wellbeing topic.
We are delighted to be recognized as one of the UK's Best Workplaces for Wellbeing 2023. The initiative we have taken over the last few years has resulted in a happy place to work where every team member can bring their authentic selves to work. And in some ways, we are just getting started. We are constantly evaluating and adjusting as our staff grows and as the world and the industry change.
