We're recruiting for a talented, digitally savvy Media Consultant to join our UK team.

About You

You’re a passionate media professional, with 5+ years of experience working in a client-side media team, media consultancy, media agency or media vendor; who wants to work with the world’s most ambitious advertisers to help them flourish and deploy a best-in-class media partnerships.

 

 

The Role

You’ll lead our media agency pitch programmes across EMEA, providing best in class consultancy to help advertisers find the best media agency partnerships. 

You’ll want to work closely with clients to identify opportunities for their growth and improvement. 

You will leverage your media knowledge, with a focus on digital media, to ensure our recommendations are always innovative and forward facing to exceed our client’s expectations and develop long term and meaningful relationships.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading agency selection (pitch) and renegotiation programmes across EMEA.
  • Utilising your first class project management skills to multi-task and manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Providing digitally focused advice and guidance to a wide-ranging set of senior client stakeholders.
  • Ownership of regional pitch product.
  • Analysing and providing insight into agency submissions throughout the pitch process.
  • Developing deep, strategic senior client relationships to exceed client expectations and deliver against company revenue targets. 
  • Proactively participating in pitching to new clients and retaining and expanding current client contracts.
  • Actively contributing to research, industry connects and thought leadership pieces to demonstrate the company's expertise

 

Your Essentials Attributes

  • 5+ years’ experience in media or advertising or consulting
  • Good working knowledge of the UK and wider EMEA media and advertising space
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Experience in delivering services across global markets
  • Experience in managing multiple digital media campaigns for clients across digital channels (programmatic, paid social, paid search)
  • Understanding of digital media buying practices and programmatic supply chains
  • Up to date knowledge of common digital media tools (i.e. adserver, DSP) and metrics (CPM, viewability, ad fraud)
  • Exceptional organisational, written and communication skills, including presenting to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen.
  • Strong Client Management skill set.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong leadership ability
  • Demonstrable experience managing multi-stakeholder projects and teams, working to tight deadlines to deliver outcomes for clients and the business

  • You must have the right to work in the UK. 
  • This is a remote role and you'll be supported to work remotely anywhere within UK. 
  • This role is full-time (usually 9:30am-5:30pm / 35 hours per week) and offers a full employment contract.
