At ID COMMS we believe marketing organizations should regain more control of their investments and financial management from their marketing suppliers.
We don’t believe brands should rely extensively on external resource to manage cost data and benchmarking for example. We are strong proponents of brands managing their own cost data internally and using their own performance as a benchmark to improvements on costs and quality. This not only reduces historically high auditing costs, but more importantly our approach keeps a brand’s cost data confidential, which ultimate puts the client in a better negotiation position.
ID COMMS performs regular benchmarking checks on client cost and quality delivery to ensure correct calibration with market pricing and opportunities, for example adjusting for accurate media inflation.
