AGENCY PERFORMANCE & EVALUATION

ID COMMS believe that modern client / agency agreements should hold marketing service suppliers to greater account for effective delivery.

As part of our STAR program (Shared Targets and Rewards) we have created a modern supplier evaluation process which more effectively monitors and evaluates agency performance in both qualitative and quantitative metrics.

This model is fully flexible and tailored to client needs based on a comprehensive scope of work for the agency. From this we perform ongoing service evaluation and performance benchmarking to reassure our clients that they are getting optimal performance from their agency partners and that their investments in communication are being managed properly.

In our experience we find that agencies welcome the opportunity for their performance to be properly benchmarked so that they can demonstrate the value created for their clients’ businesses.

This further enables the process to become more transparent and the agency to be more accountable for the value they create, in turn perhaps sharing in some of the rewards.
